With over 50 years of experience in the automotive parts market, EUROCAMS is headquartered in Southern England. They are a significant supplier of cylinder head spare parts and a well-known name among OEM suppliers. As a result of dynamic development, nearly 2500 types of EUROCAMS products are now available in a 1800 m2 warehouse. The British company exports its products throughout Europe and beyond, with EUROCAMS cylinder head components available in 60 countries. Their current goal is to conquer South America, Australia, and New Zealand.

The product range is continuously expanding to meet emerging customer demands. They place great emphasis on quality. Their philosophy is to manufacture parts that are at least as good as, if not better than, the original components.

Parts undergo strict quality control. Excellent quality is guaranteed by specialized measuring equipment and tests. Each camshaft is supplied with an individual identification number. The geometric accuracy of camshafts is tested using precision measuring equipment that records all camshaft data into a computer database with 2 µm accuracy.

The working surfaces of cylinder head components are subjected to hardness testing. Furthermore, camera and laser scanning create a complete 3D image of the components. The function of hydraulic lifters is examined from two perspectives: if the clearance of the hydraulic lifter is too large, insufficient oil reaches the connected components, leading to a shortened lifespan. Conversely, if the clearance is too small, the hydraulic lifter loses its function, which also leads to the failure of surrounding components.
