The GÜNES valve factory is headquartered in Konya, the stronghold of the Turkish heavy industry. Production currently takes place on 28,000 m2. In addition to its large production capacity, GÜNES has a wide product range. Besides valves, valve guides and valve seats are also part of the offering. The types include parts for passenger cars and trucks, as well as for construction machinery. Some examples of the most common ones: AUDI, BMW, FORD, OPEL, RENAULT, PEUGEOT, DAF, MERCEDES, SCANIA, VOLVO, KHD, PERKINS.

GÜNES prioritizes the use of modern manufacturing technology and production lines. Significant investments are made from time to time, so now nearly 100% of production is carried out with automatic CNC machining centers and robots. In contrast, quality control is still done manually for every single valve produced.
